These "Seconds" Plane Kits come with everything the "Firsts" do. The included blade is first-quality. Some of the wooden parts will have checks or sap pockets (or whatever) that make them unsightly but perfectly useable (I find some of the "defects" add visual interest but not everyone agrees with me.) You have full return/refund/exchange privileges as long as you're willing to pay the return shipping cost (that's the only risk). We'll probably have these after each production run but they're available on a "while supply lasts" basis.
