How to Order:
We finaly have a SHOPPING CART but if you'd rather talk to a person call us toll-free (888)28-BLADE or (888)282-5233 (leave a message if you get the machine, we'll call back, honest) or fill out our Order Form and fax it to (707)964-7816 or email us or snail-mail to HOCK TOOLS 16650 Mitchell Creek Drive, Fort Bragg, CA 95437. We'll need your name, shipping address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, security code from the back and the credit card billing address, if different. Please let us know that you found us on the Web. Thanks.

Via Email: Sending your credit card information is risky. Some of our customers send their credit card numbers in two parts in two emails to fool the bad guys but this is interesting-- you decide.

We accept checks in U.S. funds, MasterCard/Visa/Discover/AmEx (include expiration date and 3-digit security code from the back of the card, a daytime phone number and billing address), and C.O.D. We charge $10.00 per U.S. order of any size for shipping and handling (C.O.D. charges are an additional $10.00.) International orders charged actual postage plus $5.00 for handling. California customers please add 8.25% sales tax, a small price to pay to live in such a great state. We try to keep stock of everything but it could (rarely) take 6 to 8 weeks to ship your order.

International Customers: We're always happy to fill orders for our international customers. But before contacting us for your blades and such, please check here first for a retailer nearer to you that should be able to save you some money on shipping costs. If you wish to order directly from HOCK TOOLS, please provide the following so that we can do our best to insure your order arrives as planned.

International Orders MUST include:
Name (as your local post office knows you)
Complete Address
Daytime phone number
Email address
Credit card number with expiration date and 3-digit security code (from back of card)

You will receive an email from the US Postal Service informing you that we've given them a package for you. Please notify your local post office that your are expecting a package from the United States and ask them to notify you upon its arrival (your email and phone number will be printed on the address/customs label). HOCK TOOLS cannot be responsible if your local post office fails to deliver a properly addressed package to you. If the package is damaged or the contents are damaged or missing, inform you local post office at once and notify HOCK TOOLS as well. If an insurance claim is indicated, please document the damage (photos and/or detailed description of damage, and retain the damaged package) to facilitate the claim process.

Thank you!
